Today marks my first birthday that I will be spending without the company of one of my oldest and dearest friends.
Throughout the years I’ve received a lot from my friends and family. Much has given to me throughout my life, but I don’t intend to let that form of kindness to go unreturned. To whom much is given, much is expected.
In honor of my old friend who was killed serving our country, I will be donating 25% of all revenues, including book sales and affilliate marketing revenues, to the Wounded Warrior Project. This will run through Halloween, and at the end of October I will post all the info (including the total donation) publicly.
I’m a big supporter of the troops. While I’ve never been directly involved in the military myself, I have many friends who are, and seeing what becomes of some soldiers when they return home absolutely breaks my heart. If you at all can, please do your part in helping the men and women of our armed forces live the American dream we all enjoy at their expense.
If you want to donate directly to the fund, visit their web site.
